These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Grupo Elite AHSPYLI, S.A. de C.V. and its clients. By contracting our services, you fully accept these terms.

1. Services

AHSPYLI provides private security services: On-Site Guards, Access Control, CTPAT, K9 Units, Monitoring, Transport Escort and Training Courses, in accordance with applicable Mexican law.

2. Contracting

Services are formalized through a written contract. No service will begin without the contract being signed first.

• Quotes valid for 15 calendar days
• Prices in MXN plus VAT
• Contract modifications must be made in writing

3. AHSPYLI's Obligations

• Provide trained, uniformed and certified personnel
• Guarantee confidentiality of client information
• Keep all legal licenses and permits current
• Maintain current civil liability insurance

4. Client's Obligations

• Provide truthful information about facilities and risks
• Make payments within the terms agreed in the contract
• Provide timely notice of changes to service conditions

5. Payments & billing

Late payment will accrue 2% monthly interest. AHSPYLI reserves the right to suspend service with 48 hours' prior notice.

6. Liability

AHSPYLI's liability is limited to the amount equal to one month of the service where the event occurred. It does not apply to indirect damages.

7. Confidentiality

All exchanged information is considered confidential and may not be disclosed without the owner's written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice. Early termination without cause incurs a penalty of one month of service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For disputes, the parties submit to the courts of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
